Brandi & Mike,
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. These pics of Mitsi were from our trip to New
Braunfels. I still can't get over what a good little traveler she is. She's our baby.
She's the Princess of the House!!!

Brandi & Mike,
Sandy isn't quite sure about all this nor does she quite comprehend going outside on the
flexi but she seems to being doing fine. She slept in my arms all the way home. She did
eat last night and was real animated this morning when everyone was let out. Trying to get
pictures of them all together but she is still just watching from a distance. Here's a
picture of her in her first "Sit, Stay" with Missy. Her tail is wagging so all
is well. Thanks so much for entrusting her care to me.

Brandi & Mike,
Merry Christmas! I'm sending a couple photos of Chris taken today. He had to wear his
Muttluks for our walk today because we're having a white Christmas. He has been wearing
them a lot lately because we've seen plenty of fresh snow in the last month. He's a real
good sport about wearing them and his coat. I have him entered in an obedience trial in
mid January. We're just doing wild card novice to see where he's at. He's learned to hold
his dumbbell better than any retriever I've ever owned and he's learning to fetch very
well. He loves learning new things. I can't wait to get him started on scent articles. We
loved your Christmas card. Enjoy the rest of your Christmas and have a Happy New Year too!

Brandi,
Earlier this year I was telling you about teaching my boys to help with the laundry and
said, " I cannot wait to post a pic of him unloading the dryer. I don't mind the
chores as much - the boys get SO excited at laundry activity it seems like a joyful
affair. Too fun."
I am glad you asked for a pic of him unloading the dryer-- I have been laughing and
laughing and I needed to get one!! He's cheap help too-- joyfully accepts string cheese in
payment!! I got the idea from service dog tasks. I'm lucky enough not to need a service
dog, but you never know, and it is really fun to see them actually helping rather than
just doing cute tricks!!

Brandi,
All is going well. She is just so cute and learns so quickly we are all in love... even my
husband who isn't really much of a pet person has fallen in love. I hope you enjoy the
photo. I snapped that sitting at my desk to put in the photo slot of her Christmas
stocking. I think it really captures her personality and I loved the way the sun is
shining in the hair on her ears. Thank you for her. She is a welcome addition to our
family. And needless to say, very spoiled.

Brandi,
Oh how Trek had me laughing at him today!!!!!! If you've been watching the news you may
know we got our first snowfall in the Chicago area. Now - last year Trek had a terrible
time with ice balls in his pads - so I bought him mucklucks. Now mind you - Trek is game
for trying anything once and will do anything you show him to earn a click/treat. So we
did one foot - then the other - and got him walking aorund. Oh I have to get it on tape
before he gets used to them - he was stomping around the floor like he had tape stuck to
his pads. Slap - slap - slap - slap - high stepping with his front feet to clicks and
treats - then - once I stopped crying-laughing - we went for the back feet. Now high
stepping and slap, slap, slapping on the floor all the way - I thought I would help him
figure out why I was muffling his feet like this and just put him out in the snow. I swear
you saw the light bulb and heard the "Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I get
it!!!!!!!!!!! Hey.................these are great - look at how fast I can run in the snow
now!!!!!!! Woooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a dog! I'm charging up
the camera now to get a pap-o-muckluck pic for the files! The rest of the crew was
watching all this and you could just hear them muttering betwixt themselves - "Glad
she picked Trek for this."

Brandi,
I'm working from home today and Addyson is loving it! Wanted to confirm for you what you
already knew....she is spoiled ROTTEN already. She officially thinks that she can not
possibly sleep in her play pen at night. She made it all night Friday night, and Saturday
night she made it all night until 4am - then I put her in bed with us and Asya. Sunday
night she was having no part of sleeping in her playpen. I figure she's going to sleep
with us anyway like Asya does, so why not now instead of later. Can you say, 'Princess
Puppy'?? She played outside in the backyard with us yesterday. She was much more
adventurous. It was so beautiful out too. Addyson loves to run around in the grass. She
got to running so fast she got her back feet in front of her front ones on a turn and
wiped out. She sat up and looked at me like, "what just happened?" Then she
jumped up and took off again. She also likes to roll over on her back for a tummy rub
while she's laying on the bed by me. She's a great cuddler too. She's just what I wanted!

fast he is!

Missy handled her photo with Santa like she did it everyday. The only one of my 3 dogs
that didn't make an immediate attempt to get away. I know the guy who was dressed as Santa
and he is a dog person so that might help or I've socialized her enough that she thinks
it's fine to go with who I put her with. Missy is a dear. She is partial to Jaime so if
she eludes me, I get him to get her. She rules the roost with the other two. Kiko gets his
feet bit until he plays with her and she likes running up to and into Jack to hear him
squeal. She has claimed all the toys and if the other two take one, she goes and takes it
away from them and plays keep away with it until they lose interest. She does love taking
naps with me and has to lay on my torso for our naps and flat tells the other two that is
her space. Enjoy the pictures.

Brandi,
Attached is the first try at a xmas pic for this year. I more than adore Rem as a
companion, of course, but he wants to work, so competition or not, we will work!!! I think
he is more than ready to earn his CGC, but I will schedule that when I have more time in
the spring. I am trying to get him ahead in agility with some private lessons right now. I
am having a blast too with his private sessions, I hope to continue this a while longer.
He's my little man, he's always there for me. That bright little face melts my heart every

Brandi & Mike,
Here are the newest pictures of Georgy (BB) at age two. He is a fierce hunter and the dead
cricket in the picture proves it. He also likes Christmas time, pulling the bows off the
packages and chewing them up! He attracts a lot of attention when we go out. Most people
have never seen a papillon up close and personal. He is beautiful, smart, and very
lovable. He likes to sleep on my lap when I'm at the computer and doesn't like me out of
his sight. He has now perfected his southern bark since he lives in Alabama. He said to
tell you ruffff ruffff.
Enjoy,

Hi Brandi,
It's been a while since I've updated you on Austin and he's doing great. He sure is a
handful! He's always on the go, loves playing with every dog he meets, wrestling with his
big sister Chloe, and he just lives to eat. He isn't afraid to stand up to other dogs (and
discipline puppies) and play all day long. He's been in agility classes since he was about
a year old, and just celebrated his 2nd birthday last month. He's excellent in agility and
LOVES it. I see pictures of his brother Remy on here and he reminds me so much of Austin!
I'm glad to see you added new pictures of Candy and Jojo, they are just gorgeous :) His
fringe is really coming in, and his tail fluff is touching the ground. He loves getting
"pretty" and being brushed and bathed. He gets comments all the time when I take
him to dog shows with Colleen, mostly from people asking me if I'm showing him! He's very
well behaved in general, I'm so glad he's maturing into such a great little guy. He topped
out at 10.5" at the shoulders which is perfect. I've attached a picture from
Halloween, he was a "Stalker" as a joke, because when he goes to work with me at
Dog Daycare, he just loooves all the girls!

Good Morning Brandi,
I have just Fed Exed a box to you overnight. I have sent the signed contract, Atlas's new
baby blanket, and 2 snuggle toys, which have been laundered and each of the boys slept
with last night, as to have our "smell" on them. We hope this way Atlas will
have something familiar to bring back home in the car ride. The boys are so excited
(Justin age 7, Gavin age 4). Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and we look forward to seeing
you and our new boy Atlas on Friday.

Dear Brandi and Mike,
Just wanted to share this cute picture of Shmooli. She is doing well and is so much fun.
Shmooli really loves to run the house and the family...both human and canine. This week
she is welcoming the college daughter back from Colorado and seemed surprised and a little
perplexed as to where our daughter had been the last 3 months. The weather is great here
in Memphis and she loves to be in the backyard chasing her dog sisters and the falling
leaves. When she finally comes in she falls asleep in her favorite spot on the top of the
couch, where she can keep an eye on all around her.
Happy Thanksgiving!!

Dear Brandi,
Just thought I'd give you a Mitsi Girl update. She is doing absolutely wonderful. She is
so precious and knows it's all about her. She loves to ride in the car. She has quiet a
vocabulary too. We are so happy with her. She still weighs around 4 pounds and is very
healthy. She gets bathed every Wednesday and loves it. She also has clothes and she loves
those too. She's our little Princess. Rick works out of our home so she's rarely left
alone. She is a very spoiled little girl. Hope you guys are doing well.
Take care,

Greetings Brandi and Mike,
We bought "Tinkerbell" from you earlier this year and just wanted to let you
know what a delightful little dog she is. We renamed her "Jenna" and at 15
months old, she weighs 5.2 pounds, has never ailed a day, and is chock-full of energy and
life. She is an obsessive retriever of squeaky balls. She pushes the ball into your lap,
or between your feet, and begs you to throw it for her, so she can bring it
back...again...and again...and again...and again... She also plays with the ball by
herself, dragging a towel across the room until it covers the ball, then pounding the ball
through the towel with both front feet, stiff-legged, like a fox does when playing with
his prey. She is VERY active and happy. Sweet, gentle, and polite with everyone. Bright,
obedient, and well-behaved. We adore this wonderful little dog. Thank you for allowing us
to share our lives with her.
All the best,
Ralph and Michele

Dear Brandi and Mike,
Last night Titus graduated from Basic Obedience - we did have a test - heeling, sitting, a
2 minute down -stay , and a few other things. All of the other dogs were older , some of
them 3 years old - Titus was the STAR !! The instructor even used him as an example a few
times. He loves everything and everybody. He goes with me almost everywhere and last
Sunday I took him with me to an "Open House" that I held. He is so well behaved
that it is not a problem. We will start a new class in a few weeks called Canine Good
Citizen. We practices every day and when I say ready, ready, ready Titus knows that it is
time to work. He is my Dream Dog! I love Halloween, and as you can see, Titus got right in
the spirit of things. Hope you all are well.

Hi Brandi,
I so enjoy reading all that you are doing and watching your fabulous Braylor paps.
Chrissie spent a month with my sister-in-law in Florida while we explored Italy, Greece
and Turkey. She and her husband fell hopelessly in love with her. My sister-in-law,
Crystal, says that Chrissie was the magic that changed her husband's opinions about small
dogs. I added her latest photo with her favorite toy Quackie as we call it. She does love
to sit in the sun. She looks a lot like her mom, but also her dad. She has a the beautiful
coat that he has. She has been my constant companion except for September as I job search.
We walk each day for a minimum of two miles and soon hope to be up to four miles. Hope
that everyone is well.
Best,
Kathy

Hi Brandi& Mike!
Its been a while since Ive sent a picture of Jazzy and said hi! We had a fun
time just this past week at the annual Papillon Play Date that is done here in
Atlanta! There were 60-70 Papillons at the event Saturday afternoon. She seemed to really
enjoy being outside and you can see she is doing well and is as beautiful as ever. She
probably had the best coat there (I know I am biased) but many had very short coats unlike
Jazzy. She was also the best mannered. I put her in my lap at one point to give her a
break in the shade and she just sat there watching the dogs not bothering with my food
over her head. Meanwhile, other paps were trying to get to my plate from the other chairs
next to me! Ha. She still does all her tricks, I think we are at 18-20. Ive lost
count. We go visit some of my Senior Adults that are homebound and brighten their days
with our little floor show. Jazzy is still the best trained and most beautiful Papillon of
them all and I met a lot on Saturday! Thanks again for deciding that she would have
a good home with me. She is well loved, well cared for, and very happy!
This is a picture of Jazzy on her finished perch we had built! She loves
sunning and watching the squirrels in the back yard! Take care,

Hi Brandi,
Striker arrived safe & sound. He was a little overwhelmed at first. Andrea is really
good at bringing pups around. We played for a while at Andrea's house. We were able to
introduce Striker to Carmen(papillon) and Ambrose(ckcs), his new brother and sister.
Everyone got along great. When we arrived home, I took the kennel out of the car, placed
it on the ground and opened the door. Striker walked out and it was like he's lived here
forever. He's sitting on my lap as I write this. He's a really beautiful dog. I know he's
going to do great in agility but more importantly, he will be loved. I've attached some
pictures.
Thank you so much.

Hi Brandi,
Happy Birthday wishes to Rigby. It's hard to believe Venus & Rigby are 2 years old
today. I went back and looked at their baby puppy pics today......too cute. I took some
birthday pix today of Venus playing in the backyard on the practice agility course. My
husband got energized last weekend and made a teeter & ramps for the dog walk. Of all
the obstacles, the dog walk is her very favorite. She can go up, across, & down it all
day long. I get tired & have to say lets quit girl...I need a break. The pix are of
Venus practicing on the obstacles, plus one of her kissing her eldest sister, an 11 yr old
English Setter who is going blind from glaucoma. Venus seems to understand this, and has
become sort of her guide dog and helps her get around the backyard without bumping into
things. Braylor's Papillons are amazing and I am so proud to be owned by one.

Hi Brandi,
Here are some pics of my little Remy with a pumpkin for the Fall and for his 2nd b-day! He
is doing really well in class (both obedience and agility) and will be starting a new
agility class soon. He is just so smart and so fun to train! He can almost weave already
(he is still a beginner, hehe, but I am teaching him at home). I did not need to inflict
the polo shirt costume on him like last year (it was cute, though!)- - he no longer needs
to be 'swaddled' to help him hold a nice stay while I fumble with the camera, so he got to
stand like the little man he is!! Now when it gets cold I do have some darling sweaters,
however. . .

I just wanted to send you the pics of Riyo and his favorite bag. He loves his bag! I like
to go to Starbucks and sit outside and he'll just sit in his bag and look around, or take

bag! I might be biased, but I think he is the cutest puppy ever!

Hi Brandi,
I haven't touched base in awhile... just wanted to let you know Scout is doing great. He
turned 3 years old this September. Scout's going to start agility soon and I'm sure he'll
take to that well. He's even more beautiful now at 3 years old. His coat is quite long and
if he weren't so into playing with his girls, his ear fringe would be lovely too! Hope
everything is going well with you guys.

Dear Brandi and Mike,
Yesterday was the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi and we always have a blessing of the
animals at our Church. This year we had a huge turnout with cats, dogs and even a giant
tortoise. Titus really enjoyed seeing all the other pets and of course being admired by
all the humans. He is the most willing of companions - always eager to go places and see
new things. Here is a photo of Titus being blessed. We feel very blessed to have Titus!
Tonight we start our group classes in obedience . Will keep you posted.

Brandi and Mike,
I just had to write to tell you that my family is so in LOVE with our little puppy!! We
have named her Faith! She is very happy to be part of the family. She is very vivacious,
smart, and loving! My toy poodle 'put up' with her for the first couple of weeks....but
now, they are great friends! Faith chases Isabella around, which gives them both
excercise, and Bella acts like a protective 'mom' to Faith. Thank you for letting us take
home this precious little, 'gremlin' girl! We LOVE her!!! (everyone that sees her, loves
her!) I'll send ya a couple more pics when she's full grown. Take care!

Good Morning:
I think of you often as we adore and enjoy our little girl Shmooli (Ghost). She is such a
joy and is the center of home. She is the boss of our 3 other dogs and any worry about
having her around a German Shepherd and the 2 corgis seems silly now. They all play,
sleep, eat, bark, and walk together as if they came from the same litter. Shmooli comes to
school with me on Fridays and is adored by 863 girls here on campus. Shmooli is the in the
yearbook in her own picture and as a member of several organizations...she is very
popular. I have included a few pictures. She is very pretty with a lovely coat. The little
students think she feels like cotton candy!
Thank you for her.

Hi Brandi & Mike,
I hadn't checked in in a while and I thought you'd like to hear how the little guy is
doing. I absolutely LOVE him. He's my best buddy! He's never much more than two feet away
from me, unless he's getting into trouble! :) I adopted our family dog who joined us about
a month ago. They are doing very well together. The big girl is very patient and gentle.
She basically snoozes as Riyo runs around her. Riyo has also gone on a couple business
trips with me. He spent three days in the office up in Arkansas and is now known as the
"mascot." I attached one picture of him showcasing a new product. He's such a
good companion and travel buddy. He really goes everywhere with me. He has what I call his
"super stealth" dog carrier. He goes to restaurants and no one ever knows he's
there. He's so quiet and he just loves going anywhere. I don't know if all Papillons are
like this, but he is just a little cuddle bunny! Riyo also still amazes everyone with his
athleticism. He's all of 3.5lbs now, but can go for miles. I need to find a new agility
class to go to. He learned everything so fast, the class was actually way too slow moving
for him. Anyway, I will keep sending updates, although he will look just as cute
everytime!

Brandi & Mike,
We got home without any issues. He sleeps in the car and was not worried about his kennel.
When we got home he found out that laps are definately his. He sits on my husband's lap
and watches TV and then goes to see my son and watches the computer screen. He slept with
my son on Sunday and Monday night. He is running around the house now and is using the dog
pads I have on the floor. Funny thing is that a cat that normally stays outside came in
the house when it was raining yesterday and he ran up to her and barked! His tail is
almost always up now. I put him on the groming table last night and brushed him and he was
very well behaved. He is going to be fine! He loves to follow my husband around. I'll send
you pictures of him!

Hi Brandi & Mike,
Titus is the Greatest ! He is learning almost too fast for me. He is very eager every
morning to start working and barks until I put him through his paces. He has
"sit" and "down "perfectly and we are working on duration , he is
pretty good at "come" and "drop" - "uppy up" means go up the
stairs - he loves that. We have set up a small jump and incline and he is learning to go
to the target. We are still doing private lessons once a week, but will start with group
lessons on Mon. and Wed. at the end of Sept. I believe he was born to do agility - I am so
proud of him. My daughter has left for Boston [she is a freshman in college ] and it has
left a bit of an empty spot in my heart. Thank goodness for Titus - he and I are best
buddies ! He is completely house trained. I don't think he has gone through that akward
stage with his coat yet, at least I have not noticed . His coat seems fluffier than the
adult pappilons that I see here in Sarasota - sadly, none of them compare to him - he has
the most beautiful face of any that I have seen !!! Hope you are having a great summer. We
will keep in touch.
Warm Regards,

Desi is doing very very good in his agility training and his title would be PinT - Puppy
in Training. Desi got to go on the boat today with 2 other Papillons, Joule and Astro. We
go to a private beach near my Mother's house that is only assesible by boat and the dogs
have such a good time. This is the first time Desi went and he was swimming after 10
minutes. I've attached some photos taken today.

Hi again B,
Trek brought home his first jumpers Q today in AKC agility. In true Trekker style, he
stole the show in Jumpers. He had the crowd awed - and me too. I came off the course to
people going - OMG! He's amazing! Could he be faster!!! What a pup! All I could say was,
"I know! Isn't he something!!!" Then the timer wings past to tell me his time -
not a normal occurance mind you. Our little Braylor's darling ran a 100 yard Jumpers with
Weaves course in 20.90 seconds! Standard Course time was 40! Needless to say - it was a
1st placement right!

Hi B,
Trekker was awesome again at the CPE trail in Cornell, IL - yes, he out Q'd the Border
Collie yet again!!!!!!!!!! He earned 4 of 6 required legs in Level 3 Standard and Q'd in
Level 5 Fullhouse - he was on fire until the POURING POURING POURING RAIN STORM. It was an
absolute laugh riot. He was all geared up to go until the 4th obstacle and the skies
really just opened - it was like a full blown water faucet opened. The rain soaked him so
bad you couldn't see fringe on his ears - you could see pink skin....and he ducked into a
tunnel, turned and looked back at me and barked - "Screw that! I've got room in here
for ya, ma - but that's just nutz!" I kid you not he moved over to the side of the
tunnel and gave me a look like his next move was going to be to pat the spot he just made
for me next to him in the tunnel. We just rolled! What a dog!

Hi Brandi,
It's been a while since writing. I wanted to let you know that our sweet adorable Brandee
Corina is doing really well. She has completed puppy kindergarten and will soon begin
working on her Canine Good Citizen Certification. She has also been spayed - so we will be
sending you the required paperwork so that we can get her registration. We will soon be
looking for a brother or sisiter for our little darling and of course want to work with
you. Do you recommend having two girl dogs over having a boy/girl combination? We have a
friend who is also interested in a tiny girl as well - so please keep us in mind. Brandee
is currently at 4.4lbs....not sure that she will get to be much bigger....but bigger is
not always best...I have never seen a more beautiful dog as our sweetheart. I have FINALLY
figured out some important camera technics and can send you some of the lastest pics of
our little girl. Her favorite past time is currently a nice long game of frisbee - I
honestly think she could play this game all day long! Anyway - I think you will agree -
she is certainly a beauty! BTW - will you be at the Houston Dog Show next week? We would
love to meet you in person and see some of your beauties! Best Regards, Claudia

Brandi and Mike,
It is hard to believe that we ever lived without Titus - he has endeared himself to
everyone ! I have been keeping him in the kitchen when we are not home, I take him out
frequently and he has his litter box in the kitchen. Attached a few pictures. I am
starting private obedience classes on Monday with a lady who trains papillons in Agility.
We will both learn together. Thanks for everything!!

Hi Brandi,
Mitsi is just awesome. She's precious and knows how much we love her. When we're home
everything is centered around her. She's adorable. We went to the vet week before last for
her shots and check-up. She's doing great. Rick works out of our home so he's with her all
day. The day we got her from you we went straight to Pet's Mart and got her a little round
bed. It sits to the left of Rick's recliner in his office. That is her safe haven. I also
bought a pink blanket so during the day the blanket stays in her bed and then at night
when we go to bed I spread it out between us and she lays on it. She knows the word 'pink
blankie'. She's spoiled rotten to say the least. I can't get over how sweet her little
disposition is. Everyday when I come home she and I go out to the mailbox to get the mail.
She loves running in the front yard and doing a figure eight around the two trees. She
doesn't run off and minds me well. I'm so thankful we found her and please don't worry
about her - she has a wonderful loving home. Oh, and the potty training was very easy - no
problem in that area. :) Take care and we'll send you an updated photo soon.

Brandi & Mike,
Hello! I purchased a puppy from you on 9/9/06 named Little John, but my husband and I call

Hi Brandi,
I will be putting an envelope in the mail to you with 2 CD's of some really nice agility
photos of Dallas and some portrait photos of Desi and Dallas. Dallas is now known as
Braylor's Urban Legend - NF, NA, NAJ, OA, OAJ, AX, AXJ. Desi's training is coming along so
well. He is such an enthusiastic student and learns so quickly. I can't stop kissing him.

Hi Brandi & Mike,
I wanted to share the newest picture of Louie. He is all grown up. Since all our kids have
left for College, he is the king of the house. He is such a cute little guy. We love him
lots! He is very active and runs around all day. He likes to eat and sometimes I wonder
where he puts it all. Even after being fixed he is slim and trim. He weights only 4.5
pounds and the vet says thats fine for him. Thanks again for sending him to us.
Sincerely,

Brandi,
I thought you might like to see some pictures. Tika is getting her big girl coat now and
is growing into a beautiful little girl. EVERYONE who sees her wants to pet her and I get
lots of questions. We are a BIG hit at the pet stores. She has graduated from puppy class
and is currently attending basic obedience. She is learning quickly and seems to enjoy the
classes, especially the limited amount of agility included in each class. She got the
weave poles the first time and the tunnel didn't stop her at all. I'll keep you updated on
her doings. Will you be attending a show near Belton anytime soon? If so, I'll bring her
to see you.

Hi Brandi,
Things happen quickly around here and Dallas now has an AXJ (Excellent A Jumper) agility
title, which he earned this last weekend in Massachsetts and an AX (Excellent A Standard)
which he earned this weekend in New Jersey. He is now in the highest AKC class which is
Excellent B for both Jumper and Standard.

Hi Brandi,
Chrissie passed her Pet Therapy test with flying colors last night. We now will go for
three training periods beginning within three weeks. Then, we will meet with the site
handler for a final okay, do a group visit, and then solo or group visits whichever we
prefer. Attached are pics of Chrissie with her Fairfax Pets on Wheels bandana. We even
have a photo id badge and laggard.

Hi Brandi,
Hope you had a good weekend. Ours was soooooooooo hot and humid. Our agility class is
going great. There are 5 large breed dogs, a fox terrier and Venus in the class. She's
doing so well that some class participants told me she shouldn't be in this intro class,
but intermediate. I didn't bother to explain she hasn't had any formal agility training.
Our instructor loves Venus (she has small dogs) and told them that she would use her as an
example to show how to do the obstacles. I was sort of embarrassed, but then reminded
myself we are here for fun, fun, fun. Venus is laying on my husband's lap sleeping very
contently while he watches the Spurs play. He is loving it.

Hi Brandi,
Wyatt is adjusting well to Georgia, and his new friend, Walter Kitty (who chases him until
they both drop!!). I am sending new pix for the testimonial page - one in his Strut Your
Mutt "cape" bandana - a benefit for the local humane society. He had his first
ocean experience when we (and Winnie - the Boston) went to Tybee Island. He really enjoyed
it, and he had a nice sink bath afterwards.

Hi Brandi,
It has been a while since Chrissie has updated you on herself and her family. My hair is
growing in very well. My tail is really long and flowing. On Saturday, I entered my first
K-9 2K for the 2007 Herndon Festival. The profits benefited Hope Veterinary Research. I am
attaching a picture with my bandana. I need to talk to the organizers about making some of
these fit us little gals better. Mom folded it over and over, so that I could wear it. The
other news about me is that we are going to be tested for temperament (both Mom and me) to
see if we can start training to become part of the pet therapy program called Fairfax Pets
on Wheels. It is a nonprofit and both Mom and I think we would be able to help a lot of
people. Wish us luck. guy.

Hi Brandi,
I just wanted to give you an update on Rocket, now called Riyo. I have found that he is
quite the athlete! Im telling you, if dogs laugh, he was laughing at me today trying
to run. I was huffing and puffing, needing breaks, and he was jumping up and
down
LAUGHING I tell you, and egging me on for a sprint
which he absolutely
out-did me on. He has definitely become my best buddy. He works very hard with me, as you
saw, and he goes everywhere. He jumps into his carry bag and is always ready to go.
Hes a little shy sometimes, but I think thatll work itself out. His stitches
came out just fine and hes eating really well. Anyway, I attached a couple of pics
my dad took when he visited. Riyo was sitting in his own chair at the dinner table, very
politely. Thanks for a beautiful puppy!

Hi Brandi,
Desi is doing great!! I can't stop kissing him but I was able to long enough to introduce
him to the seesaw and the dogwalk. As with all pups he was unsure at first but in the
traditional Braylor Papillon style he was running from one end to the other by the third
try with lots of rewards at the other end. That's what I love about your
pups..................they get over their fears so quickly. Like in 5 minutes. I am
attaching some photos of Dallas and Desi.

Hi Brandi,
Finally I have a few minutes to list my pretty boy's titles. He earned a: Novice Agility
NA Novice Agility Jumper NJ Open Agility OA Open Agility Jumper OAJ and is now working on
his Excellent titles and will soon be earning points towards his MACH (the highest agility
title given by the AKC). He only needs one more qualifiying score in Excellent Jumper for
that title. These titles are all AKC. Dallas earned all these titles in just a few short
months of trials and we didn't even have a trial every weekend. I have some really
incredible pictures that I will send you on a CD as soon as I receive them. Will be a few
weeks. I will also send you a link to all the photo websites that he is on.

Hi Brandi,
Jim, Winston and I are so excited about the news of Carrie's next litter. Truly good news.
I hope there are no problems with Carrie or the litter. And that all survive in good
health. I can hardly wait to hear more details, and hopefully see pictures. Winston wants
to put them in his album. We are happy, happy about little Monkey's success and all of
your Paps, of course. We really enjoy watching your successes through the chat group and
on your Website. It has been so much fun for us. I can't even begin to tell you. And you
know we just love our little boy to a distraction. I know we sound crazy. But........can't
help it. :-) Here's Winston in our garden. Will be talking to ya.

Brandi,
This is Remy's favorite chair (my computer chair). He is really learning his stays for
posing, too!!! Soon there will be no more candids, lol, only striking poses. I am trying
to teach the boys to help unload the dryer since they love socks so much. Oh- - the most
impressive to me- - I was working on "laundry" with both my boys, each one
taking a turn, the one not working waiting behind a baby gate. Well, no more whining from
Mr Remy- - He put himself in a down wait and watched quietly with his big, bright,
intelligent, eager eyes until Dom had finished his turn. Now this is clicker training,
great goodies involved, so this waiting one's turn thing is usually rather tumultuous as
the one waiting wants to be having his turn too. I cannot wait to post a pic of him
unloading the dryer. I don't mind the chores as much - the boys get SO excited at laundry
activity it seems like a joyful affair. Too fun.

Dear Brandi and Mike,
Here are some updated pictues of Brodie and Frasier, who are now fast friends! Frasier is
almost five pounds, and the growing has seemed to level off over the past month. In
February, he grew!!! He is in that gawky, pre-teen stage -- but his fur is growing out
very silky. He now walks beautifully on the walks every night (he mastered the stairs, up
and down, on the first try). He knows sit, down(this was a hard one for him), drop it. We
are working on come! Potty training is pretty much done, he is no longer gated in the
kitchen during the day when we are gone. We just doggy proofed for wiring, he doesn't chew
on furniture (anymore.....LOL) For awhile his left eye was very watery and drained to
stain (of course) the white side -- we started giving him the supplimental vitamin that
you suggested for Brodie (with the garlic, brewers yeast and omega-3). Now as you can see
in the picture, he has no drainage and the white is crystal clear around his eye! They are
both a joy, thanks for sharing!!!

Brandi:
I thought I would send the latest picture of little Meesha. She is a loving pup and we are
enjoying her tremendously. She has a basket full of toys and has taken to
"stalking" them when we play with her. She also has a monkey toy that is her
baby. She will not go to bed at night without cleaning his face and carrying him to her
bed. She actually tucks him in and then lays down beside him for the night. Thank you so
much for letting this sweet little lady come into our home. I still would like to get
another one, but I have to talk my husband into it. He thinks one Papillon is enough. Not
me! They are like a "lays potato chip". You can't have just one. Warm regards to
your family,

Hi!
I put new pictures of Remy up today. One shows Remy practicing his wait in front of a
jump! And doing it very, very well! He is in a stage where he has it all figured out,
thank you very much (I love it!). In class last week I was very loosely holding his lead
(OK, obviously barely) as we all listened to instructions well spaced out in front of our
own jumps. Well, Rem had practiced this exercise (where they learn to wrap around the
pole) and went ahead and started without me when the instructions lasted too long, lolol,
we already knew what to do, after all. He performed a perfectly executed wrap around and
positioned his head for a treat in front of an imaginary me :)Then put on the happy face!
Remy is really, really wonderful and growing up into such a gentleman!

Hi!
Well, we got home at 9 p.m. He slept great last night and never cried. I put him next to
my side of the bed in his carrier. He was a happy clam. He woke me up at 1:30 a.m. when I
heard him eating his food. I have been up with Tanner and Dusty since 5:15 a.m. I sat on
the floor with the two of them for 45 minutes. Tanner is SO curious about Dusty. They have
rubbed noses and sniffed each other well. And our big break through came at 6:15 a.m. when
Tanner finally went potty outside. He has not been since we got home. Goodness, he had to
go! We praised him a lot. He is now sleeping on my lap as I type this. The kids are still
asleep but love him dearly already. I told the kids I can see how it would be very easy to
have many of these precious dogs around. Have a joyous day. Thanks for everything. It was
nice meeting you.

Hi Brandi!
I wanted to let you know Slider had his first rally class last night. He did awesome with
Mallory! It was his first time in a group setting outdoors and it didn't even seem phase
him. He made great eye contact with her during the heeling exercizes, and picked up on the
new behaviors quite quickly. This is a 4 week class he is going through, and we are hoping
to enter him in novice at a show coming up next month, and Mallory is going to enter Jolie
in the advanced rally as well.
I'll keep you updated!

Hi Brandi!
How are you doing? Any pups you are raising right now? If I had my wish I would be at home
with 3-4 Papillons every day I love my Jazzy! I dont think Ive written
in a while Jazzy is still doing great! She did add on a pound since Ive
gotten her, now at 5.8, but I think that filled her out a bit and she is staying trim with
our daily walks and runs. We keep adding tricks to her list of accomplishments as she is
just so SMART! I work with Senior Adults and Jazzy and I get a number of invites just to
have Jazzy do her floor show! Smile. Everyone gets so tickled at how cute she is and how
much she understands and it gives some of our Homebound seniors an extra smile for the
day. The challenge now is to decide on a new trick to teach her that it worth her
learning! Usually she learns the easy ones in a week or two and we fine tune it to voice
or sign recognition in the weeks following. She now knows: SIT, STAY, STOP, DOWN, CRAWL,
ROLL OVER, SLEEP, SHAKE, WAVE or HIGH FIVE, SAY PLEASE, TAKE A BOX, STAND (regular all
4s after something else), BACK and COME combinations, THROUGH (figure 8 through my
legs), BACK THROUGH (backwards), JUMP, STAY till I release her to a treat, UP (stand on
back legs and walk), SPIN (she goes counterclock-wise on 1 axis), CIRCLE (walk clockwise).
I still keep her off the furniture unless she is invited and she has kept to the wonderful
training you did to make her a well mannered Papillon! Thanks again! People are constantly
amazed at how quickly Jazzy learns, how well-mannered she is, and how quiet she is, and of
course how beautiful and tiny she is!
Take Care,
Susan

herself!! I will post some pics of her, wish us luck for tomorrow!

Hi All,
Just wanting to wish everyone a nice V day. My husband grilled me some filet mignon and
got me the cutest little > stuffed papillon from Hallmark. It's very cute, It's black
and white, the body and tail being white, and the ears and mask are black. The tail is
fuzzy, and the ears are halarious, because they are really fuzzy! It came in a little
doggie purse. I think this particular one was a valentines day special. I myself have
never seen a stuffed pap until I got this one. Jolie Says hi!

Hi Brandi,
I realized it's been a while since I sent you photos of Dallas and here are some I just
took. He is just starting to enter into the world of agility competition and his very

world team. I think he has a very bright future ahead of him as long as I can keep up! We
have several trials coming up very soon. He is absolutely the love of my life. Let me know
if you can't view the pictures and I will send them as attachments instead and please
excuse his hair sticking out all over.........we were having a bad day with static.

Hi,
I'll be dropping some pictures of Max and Atom in the mail for you this week. I tried
getting a few pictures of them playing together, but Atom isn't a very cooperative model:
every time he sees me with the camera, he stops playing with Max and comes to play with
the camera. I'll keep trying and maybe I'll have better luck with the next set of
pictures. The weather here has been pretty warm and today, for the first time, I took Atom
out with Max to a local walking trail. I put Atom in the car seat with Max that Max
usually has all to himself and Max didn't object a bit. They eat and drink out of the same
bowls at the same time and there is never any fighting while they're eating. I just want
to let you know that the match is really working well and that Atom is doing fine. There
is one picture that I'm sending where Atom is looking to his left and lying in front of a
green and white rope pull toy that I can see a lot of Max in him. I hope you enjoy the
pictures. I'll try to keep you updated on a monthly basis as Atom develops. I'm very happy
to have him.

Hey,
I attached some more photos, hopefully you can open them. I took some more yesterday as
Fraiser's ears are standing up all the way now. Potty training is going great. Frasier and
Brodie are starting to play a lot, but the energy between them is still all excitement;
eventually I think they will relax around each other. He (frasier) is SOOOOOO smart, WOW!
Anyway, I'll send you some more pics later,

Hello,
The Saints did not make the Super Bowl, but Remy is ready for next season!!
I am actually not such a football fan but it was fun when the New Orleans Saints actually
got into the play offs. I got the shirt in anticipation of getting some photos for next

rather than the baseball to get the shot!

Dear Brandi and Mike,
The trip home was killer because of the rain and the timing of houston traffic @ 5pm Whee!
Anyways, Frasier travels great! Brodie did pretty good too! Frasier slept through the
first night without a peep. The crate we have is big enough that his litter box fits one
side, and just room to squeeze a bed on the other. We had nice firm poopies in the box the
next morning. All in all, very well potty trained for so small; he really came out of his
shell last night and today. Last night he figured out where he was in relation to the rest
of the pack and whined and howled a bit after lights out. He quickly figured out we were
not going to respond and went right to sleep! He and Brodie are in the tush smelling,
chasing phase. I think very soon they will become good friends. Daffy (the cat) could
really care less, but we are making sure that he doesn't get the opportunity to test his
limits with her until he is much bigger. He has already figured out the "come"
command, the "go potty" command. Such a smart cookie! I will send update
pictures soon, Thank you again for the little one! P.S. Brodie's feet look awesome, thanks
for the trimming lesson!!!! I am ordering the scissors this weekend!

Brandi and Mike,
I just wanted to let you know that Meessha is doing great. She is adapting well and loves
her people. We are hoping to start beginning obedience training soon. We are enjoying her
tremendously. She is definitely coming out of her shell. In the mornings, she goes outside
and comes back in after doing her business and gets the "zoomies". She knows
when I'm leaving in the morning and wants to go to. She has taken over the blue recliner.
It is her throne. I have attached a picture for you. I hope your show in Abilene went
well. Thanks again for all your help. You would please keep me in mind for an retiring

Hi Brandi,
Slider is the best little dog EVER!!! He is so well adjusted and easy going. Whatever you
ask of him, he gives. He is so smart, for a 10 month old puppy he amazes me!! Mallory said
she sent you pictures we took this weekend at the show, as you can see he is beautiful. I
couldn't be any happier with him. You certainly know how to match your dogs to people.
Thanks for picking me to be Sliders mommy!! I LOVE HIM, I ADORE HIM!!!!

Hi,
Atom had his final shots today and the vet said it's OK to start taking him to public
places. He weighed in at 3 pounds 11 ounces; he has a very good appetite and drinks well.
Max was in for his rabies shot and a check-up and he weighed in at just under 9 pounds.
They're getting along very well but there's not much peace in the house when I let them
out of their pens. They never seem to tire of chasing each other around the house. Atom is
a great match for Max and he's often the aggressor when they play. He likes to eat and
drink out of Max's bowls and Max doesn't mind at all. He also plays with Max's toys
without any negative reaction from Max. I think Max is very happy to have him around, and
I am too; he's a great joy to be around. I picked up a disposable camera and I'll be
taking pictures as the months go by and I promise to send photos of Atom as he grows; he
gets cuter by the week and he seems to have adjusted well to his new surroundings. I just
want to let you know that it appears as if Max and Atom are going to be good friends for a
long time to come and that I'm very happy with the new addition to the household.

Hi Brandi,
Congrats on your latest accomplishments! Our club from before the Hurricane finally found
a place near us for agility classes (8 minutes away instead of the 55 minutes we have been
doing- - most of that trip is over a 21 mile bridge too, can be scary)- - the weather has
been so bad we have been trying since before Christmas and Remy has still not had a class.
Dom has managed two, his is on a different day- - that Chi has gotten good finally! I
think he will enter his first competition in March! Rem does come to watch the advanced
classes- at least he can see what to expect later. Poor baby wants to be out there playing
too already. I make sure to let him squeeze a few things in when he goes. I keep joking
that Remy will not be a beginner anymore by the time his beginner classes start. We have
been working at home for a while now! I have attached some pictures of him on his new
contact trainer.

Brandi,
I hope you and your family and a terrific Christmas and New Year's. We stayed in San
Antonio and had a nice quiet vacation at home. Our CGC test was today and VENUS
PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This past week we did some serious training. I was confident about
everything except the Sit & Stay in Place while I leave her and walk to the end of the
20 foot leash and back then turn and leave her again while I go 10 feet and cross my
fingers that she'll stay in place until I call her. SHE DID IT. This was a BIG achievement
on her part because she is always right at my feet and moves wherever I move. Thank you
for all your encouragement and advice and thank you for trusting us to raise this little
sweetheart. She does shine like a star-like her name says.

Brandi,
Mitsi is something else. Very intelligent! I think that is why she is a daddys girl,
but she goes crazy when Denise gets home. She looks forward to seeing Denise return home
each day from work and moves like a Tasmanian Devil when Denise steps in the
house. She is one of the fastest little dogs I have ever seen. She is so light on her feet
that it is as though she is a ghost; one minute she is there and the next she
is gone. I can go outside with her, open the door to go in, turn around to say come on
Misti, get in, turn around and she is staring at me looking as though she is thinking,
Hey I am waiting. Whats the hold up on the treat? She likes to sit on
the back of the couch in my office looking outside. She has really settled in and is a big
part of our lives. She really gets a lot of attention everywhere we take her, especially
when Denise has her in a big bag in the department store and those two big hairy
ears pop out. Well keep you posted.

Hi Brandi,
Happy New Year and I hope you all are doing well. I just had to give you a Mitsi report.
She is doing wonderful. She's adapted nicely and is definitely a mama's baby. She loves
Rick but doesn't like to get out of my sight. She's so cute and sweet. We are really
enjoying her.
Take care,
Denise

Dear Brandi,
I know I am late, but here is Chrissie's birthday picture in front of the Christmas tree.
She certainly did get the loot. The neighborhood children as well as our grandchildren,
sisters, mothers, brothers, all gave her toys, beds, clothing. She is so underprivileged.
We love her more each moment and cannot wait to come home to her.
Happy New Year,
Kathy

Dear Brandi & Mike,
I am sorry it has taken me so long to write. Ghost whom we call Shmooli is wonderful. It
seems as if she has always been with us. The other dogs were very careful with her when
she first arrived in our home. Now they all play together with ease and really enjoy each
others company. When Shmooli and I get home from school each day the dogs all greet one
another as if they have been apart for years. Very sweet to see them all so attached. Our
daughters all love Shmooli too and give her quite a bit of attention. I dont think
her feet touched the ground the first few weeks after we got her. Thank you for letting
Shmooli join our family...she is a perfect joy! I have attached some pictures so you can
see how beautiful she is.
Take care and have a Happy, Healthy New Year,
David and Judy
